Why I started Do I.T. Better

I started Do It Better I.T. because too many people feel overwhelmed by technology, unsure who to trust, or stuck with support that does not really explain things properly. I wanted to build a business that feels more human, more honest, and more practical.

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Information and Communications Technology, with ongoing practical work across IT support, websites, programming, databases, systems, networking, and digital services.

My experience combines formal study with hands-on problem solving, business understanding, and practical technology work. This includes supporting everyday computer issues, building websites, working with digital systems, and helping improve how technology is used in real home and small business settings.
