I’m the owner of Do It Better I.T., based on the Sunshine Coast. I help people with everyday technology problems, business IT needs, websites, digital systems, and practical support that actually makes life easier.
My focus is on giving people clear advice, useful solutions, and a better experience than they often get from rushed, overly technical, or impersonal service providers.
Why I started Do I.T. Better
I started Do It Better I.T. because too many people feel overwhelmed by technology, unsure who to trust, or stuck with support that does not really explain things properly. I wanted to build a business that feels more human, more honest, and more practical.
The goal is simple: help people solve problems properly, improve the way things work, and make technology feel more useful instead of frustrating.

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Information and Communications Technology, with ongoing practical work across IT support, websites, programming, databases, systems, networking, and digital services.
My experience combines formal study with hands-on problem solving, business understanding, and practical technology work. This includes supporting everyday computer issues, building websites, working with digital systems, and helping improve how technology is used in real home and small business settings.
