IT work can involve risk of data loss (especially on failing drives). We take reasonable care, but you remain responsible for maintaining backups. If you want a backup strategy included, request it before work starts.

8) Parts, third-party products and warranties

  • Any manufacturer warranties on parts/products are provided by the manufacturer/supplier, not us (unless we state otherwise).
     
  • We may use third-party tools, software, and cloud services where needed. Their terms may apply.
     

9) Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees for services. Remedies such as repair, replacement, refund, or cancellation may apply depending on the situation. ACCC
